There is some serious issue in the Windows Reseller Serve (win26). Today morning the server got hung and had to power off and poweron the server. After that the server is not loading the OS fully and rebooting after some time before fully loading.
We tried the data and we are able to access all the data and the backups.
The administrators are checking the issues and trying make the services up and plesk panel up, so that they can migrate the accounts to another server and reinstall this server. Till now they are not able to do so.
01/03/2026 06:10 PM - Repair is not getting easy and time consuming. So Administrators decided to format and reinstall the server. So started All existing data backups uploading to another backup server for safety purpose.
02/03/2026 07:10 AM - Backup uploaded external source also to secure it and reinstallation of server started.
02/03/2026 2:15 PM - Installation and Configuration is almost completed and testing stage is going on. Once everything is OK, we will start migrating data one by one account.
02/03/2026 10:00 PM -- Restore started but facing challenges that all the passwords are in encrypted mode and not able to retrieve it. That is why delay in restore. We Tried all possibilities, but failed to recover password. So now decided to restore without passwords to avoid further delay. Once restored, we will provide new reseller password or the default password at the time of activation and The resellers need to reset the passwords of their customer accounts. All ftp, email accounts, database passwords also need to reset to new password.
03/03/2026 11:00 AM - All reseller accounts data have been sucessfully restored in the server from the latest backup.
